Product Overview
The educational program, developed in partnership with the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) and the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) is geared to real estate firm brokers, owners and managers that have or wish to incorporate buyer representation into their daily practice. Topics of this course include; buyer representation as a part of your company’s ideology/vision; implementing buyer representation into your company policies and training programs; expanding marketing efforts to introduce buyer representation to prospects; and how to handle these changes with the implementation of these efforts into your business plans.
The ABRMSM designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® to those members who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Instructor Overview: Bonnie Sparks
Davenport, Iowa REALTOR® Bonnie Sparks is owner of BONNIE SPARKS SEMINARS in Bettendorf, Iowa. She most recently was a Vice President of Ruhl & Ruhl REALTORS®, Inc., a full service brokerage firm serving the entire Quad City area and was Director of Education for Midwest Educational Institute, a real estate school that is a division of Ruhl & Ruhl.
One key to Bonnie’s high-voltage teaching success is class involvement. Whether as a sought-after instructor for many Associations of REALTORS® presenting continuing education or GRISM sessions, as a National Certified Professional Standards Instructor, as an ABR®/ABRMSM senior instructor for the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council, or as a prominent national motivational, training and convention speaker, those attending can plan on participating. A noted management consultant, Bonnie presents a dynamic approach to preventing problems within an organization. In 1993, Bonnie was named Educator of the Year by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and in 1994 was named “REALTOR of the Year” by the Iowa Association of REALTORS®. Prior to entering the real estate field in 1976, Bonnie earned her Master of Arts degree in Speech Education from the University of Iowa, and taught communications classes at both the high school and college levels. She brings that experience with her, as well as her personal sales and management experiences that electrically charge her presentations for Bonnie Sparks Seminars.
