Deborah Dennison has been successfully self-employed for over 25 years. During that time she has owned and operated a franchised restaurant chain, an athletic club, service club, and an aircraft leasing business. She has had over 200 employees and achieved many awards. She was nominated for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She is a proud author of self-employment and employment manuals with over 150,000 copies in print.
Her passion is to assist others in getting started in their own business. Currently, she gives workshops on self-employment, specialising in start-up activities and marketing and sales.
