Product Overview
e-Buyer is a course for real estate professionals who are comfortable and proficient with communications technology tools, such as the personal computer and e-mail, and want to examine how the Internet is affecting the real estate marketplace. This elective course explores how traditional business practices are being changed by the emerging Internet consumer, and offers strategies to apply new technologies to provide better customer service through the entire real estate transaction. Special emphasis is placed on the increased importance of high-touch, quick-response communications. When finished with this course, you should have a better understanding of the characteristics of the different segments of the e-Consumer population, the different types of commodities offered through the Internet and the communications tools available among other topics.
This new knowledge should prove valuable as you tailor your service offerings to better accommodate the needs and desires of the e-Buyer.
