Product Overview
The objective of this course is to train individuals to be of assistance to a real estate broker, salesperson or to a real estate office. It is not intended to train someone to qualify for a real estate license. The mission is to have students become familiar with the terminology of the business, the generic forms used for listings and sales and disclosures, the importance of tracking time frames in contracts and listings, and what actions a licensed or an unlicensed REPA legally may perform, etc. For example, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legal ramifications of agency relationships is not expected. Rather the student needs to know the names for the various types, a brief description of the differences between them, and to know that the proper form or documentation (as may be required in their state) needs to be in the file.
