Emerging Issues & Trends: We will engage in a qualitative discussion, of significant issues and trends of concerns for today’s marketplace, like, how technology impacts real estate.
Just as the Internet has profoundly changed real estate practice in the US, the Internet has opened the international marketplace to millions of consumers. There are already more than a billion Internet users around the world. Roughly a third of these users are in Asia, a little less than a third in Europe, about 20% in North America, and about 10% in Latin America.
With the reality of the world becoming smaller and the creation of the global family, international real estate becomes an important market niche to participate in.
