In this program the participant will understand the 17 key facts about the current conditions in the “New Reality” and how they created the need for new strategies for the real estate professional.
The program will then cover the six key steps that a REALTOR® must take to reinvent themselves and apply their new approaches to succeed in this reality. The REALTOR® will be able to know the specific steps in their action plan that they will need to take to succeed in this “New Reality”.
This webinar will first cover the “23 Game-Changing Events” of 2008 and the impact that they have had on the new real estate market that has become “The New Reality” in real estate. It will also cover the aspects of the role that “Wall Street” played with the securitization of sub-prime loans that directly or indirectly brought about these events.
The program will then cover the “17 Facts” about the current market that are expected to continue for the next several years with extreme fluctuations in the market that are expected. Projections such as a continuation of high numbers of foreclosures and excessive inventories of REO properties along with increasing investor activity in residential property will also be explored. In addition, the tanking condition of the commercial real estate market will be addressed. The opportunities for the REALTOR® as result of these changes will also be examined.
The program will then cover the “Six Vital Steps” that the REALTOR® must execute to become competitive and successful in the “New Reality”. In addition the REALTOR® will be able to assess their current “readiness” to challenge this market and know what specific adjustments they will need to make to do this with an updated “Skill Self-Assessment” with 20 questions.
