This webinar will outline the changes to appraisal reporting for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, using the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), which will be required on all appraisals delivered  to Fannie or Freddie by September, 2011.

The UAD is one of the biggest changes to appraisal reporting since the revision of the Fannie Mae forms in 2005. Appraisers will be required to use the UAD (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) by September, 2011. We will review the outline of changes, which forms are affected, which parts of the forms must conform, and give the attendees reference resources to use.

Price: $19.95
Members who have their RAA or GAA designations will receive a $10 coupon!
