Changes in both technology and the real estate business have led to a rise in the importance of having the right photos to attract buyers to your listings and sell homes.

This course will help you understand how photos attract buyers to homes, identify the right photos you should take of every home, and understand exactly how to visually compose the best photos. You'll learn how times have changed, the importance of the first photo, and critical interior, exterior, and detail shots to take.

You will also learn what not to include in your photos, what buyers are looking for, how to visually compose your photos, and how to arrange them in the right order.
