Product Overview

This course is Part Two of two parts that combine to deliver the ABR Online course for Ohio CE.

Buyer representation has truly become one of the most critical consumer issues and will grow more prevalent as we move into the new century. Completion of the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation course is an important first step towards earning the coveted ABR designation.

This course covers the proper techniques and practices of buyer representation that will enhance your bottom line, review agency relationships, negotiation strategies, explain the advantages of buyer representation from the buyer`s, sellers, listing and selling broker`s perspectives and identify sources of buyer clients.

The ABR is presented in two parts. Part One covers the sections "Agency - Theory and Practice" and "Service Delivery." Part Two covers the sections "Buyer Consulting Services" and "Offers and Negotiation" and contains the Final Exam.

The ABR course is presented in conjunction with REBAC - The Real Estate BUYER`S AGENT Council. The ABR course tuition includes the first year dues towards membership of REBAC.
