Completion of the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation course is an important first step towards earning the coveted ABR designation. This course covers the proper techniques and practices of buyer representation that will enhance your bottomline, review agency relationships, negotiation strategies, explain the advantages of buyer representation from the buyer's, sellers, listing and selling broker's perspectives and identify sources of buyer clients. The ABR® course is presented in conjunction with REBAC - The Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council. The ABR course tuition includes the first year dues towards membership of REBAC.
