Product Overview
This course is designed to provide agents and brokers with basic information regarding the additional requirements of working with international clientele in your local market. This information will help assure a potential client or customer that you have solid knowledge to complete a transaction thereby reducing risk for them and for you. This course will not make you an expert in international real estate transactions but will provide important data, including information regarding U.S. legal regulations, which will reduce your liability and promote your continued growth as a successful real estate practitioner operating in an increasingly multicultural, global world. If you are a broker, you also need to be aware of this information if your agents are working with international clients.
