Offering Commercial Services to Your Members is designed to give an Association Executive, commercial staff liaison, commercial president and/or commercial president-elect the tools and roadmap to start or enhance a commercial group at their association. The course will address what to consider before starting a commercial group, how to form a commercial group, what commercial products, programs and services are available from NAR to support a commercial group, and what branding and communications techniques will enhance your commercial group’s identity. At the end of the course, the student will be able to develop their own action plan that will assist them in starting, developing and growing their commercial group. Upon completion of the course the student will earn 4 RCE points.
