Overview
The author, Jayne Pilot, developed a “Three Step Process – Identify, Insure, Improve” TM in 1995 for implementing a Management System (MS) to International Standards for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. This three step process is used in the development of your emergency preparedness program.
