Overview

The author, Jayne Pilot, developed a “Three Step Process – Identify, Insure, Improve” TM in 1995 for implementing a Management System (MS) to International Standards for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. This three step process is used in the development of your emergency preparedness program.

Course Description:

The course covers identifying the Standard requirements, identifying emergency types, phase two insure emergency preparedness planning, communications, documentation, and phase three improving through training, testing and reviews.

This course covers identifying, planning and implementing an emergency preparedness program.
