Course Description: This Course focuses on understanding the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process. Teachers will recognize the benefit of working collaboratively with colleagues to develop an IEP. Through an increased understanding of individual student needs, teachers are able to identify and use strategies to assist students to reach their academic goals. When meeting the individual needs of the student, teachers demonstrate a commitment to their students and their learning.
