Course Description: This Course supports an educator who is acting as a mentor to a new or beginning Teacher. The Course reflects on the need for mentorship and reflects strategies that mentors can use with their novice or protégé. Participants evaluate the effectiveness of specific strategies. Included are resources and areas where teachers are offered assistance.
